Diaconia Commission

The commission is composed of five persons that include a social worker, a counsellor, a former groups coordinator and a married couple.   They focus their attention on coordinating activities for senior citizens, for needy persons and families and for persons with special needs.   The commission works in collaboration with Caritas Malta and with the Secretariate of Social Assistance of the Catholic Action, the Emigrants’ Commission and with the parishes of the Sliema-Balluta Pastoral Unity.

The commission meets once every two months.
