PARISH NOTICES
SUNDAY 28th APRIL 2019
Wednesday is the Second of the Seven Wednesdays in honour of Our Lady of Mount Carmel. At 9:00am we will pray the rosary followed by the 9:30am mass with a short homily.
Thursday there will be the Eucharistic Adoration at 5:45pm and the Lectio Divina at 7:00pm at the Parish Centre.
Friday is the First Friday of the Month. There will be the Eucharistic Adoration at 5:45pm by the Divine Mercy Group.
Saturday is the First Saturday of the Month. There will be the rosary after the 9:30am mass.
Sunday the 10:00am mass will be with the participation of children with their families.
During the week we will continue the family Easter Blessings from 4:45pm onwards.

- Thursday: Ignatius Str and Scicluna Str.
- Friday: Dun Ġużepp Xerri Str.
During the Easter family blessings the parish priest will be at the parish office on Tuesdays from 8:30am to 10:00am.

SUNDAY 21st APRIL 2019
On Tuesday we will continue family blessings in Censu Tabone Str and Tower Road at 4:45pm.
Wednesday is the Seven Wednesdays in honour of Our Lady of Mount Carmel. At 9:00am we will pray the rosary followed by the 9:30am mass with a short homily.
Thursday we start three days of Solemn Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. The exposition of the Blessed Sacrament starts after the 9:30am mass till 11:00am and continues from 5;15pm till 6:30pm. After the evening mass at 6:30pm there will be an adoration with the intention to pray for Carmelite Vocations till 8:00pm.
Friday the exposition of the Blessed Sacrament starts after the 7:45am mass up to 9:30am and continues after the 9:30am mass till 11:00am. In the evening, the exposition of the Blessed sacrament starts from 5;15pm till 6:30pm. After the evening mass at 6:30pm there will be an adoration with the intention to pray for our parish community.
Saturday the exposition of the Blessed Sacrament starts after the 7:45am mass up to 9:30am and continues after the 9:30am mass till 11:00am. In the evening, the exposition of the Blessed sacrament starts from 5;45pm till 6:30pm. The 6:30pm mass will end with a short procession in the church with the Blessed Sacrament and the Eucharistic blessing.
Sunday the adoration of the Feast of the Divine Mercy starts at 3:00pm and will be followed by the mass at 4:00pm.

SUNDAY 14 th APRIL 2019
On Monday there will be the monthly meeting of the Carmelite Third Order at 10:00am in the Parsih Centre.
Tuesday at 6:00pm we will have the adoration of the Cross and vespers followed by the mass at 6:30pm. At 7:00pm we will have the Via Crucis in the parish streets starting from Scicluna Str and will continue in Old College Str, St. Henry Str, Camenzuli Str, S. Anġlu Str, Marjanu Vella Str to the chapel Gesu l-Ħabib.
Wednesday at 6:00pm we will have the adoration of the Cross and vespers followed by the mass at 6:30pm with the homily about the passion of the Lord.
Thursday we will have the celebration of Morning Prayer at 7:00am. In the evening, the Paschal Triduum starts with the presentation of the Holy Oils at 6:15pm and at 6:30pm the solemn mass in remembrance of the Institution of the Eucharist and the procession of the Blessed Sacrament to the Reposition Altar. The traditional 7 visits to the Blessed Sacrament will start after the liturgical celebration. At 10:30pm there will be an hour of solemn adoration.
On Good Friday we will have morning prayer at 7:45am followed by the seven visits to the Blessed Sacrament at 8:45pm led by the Carmelite Third Order. At 3:00pm the Liturgical Action of the Passion and Death of the Lord with the Adoration of the Cross.
On Easter Saturday we will have morning prayer at 7:00am and at 8:00pm the Solemn Paschal Vigil with the lucernarium, the liturgy of the Word, the blessing of water and the renewal of our baptism promises.
On Easter Sunday 10:00am mass will be with the participation of children with their families and catechists. At 6:00pm Solemn Easter Vespers followed the mass at 6:30pm.
